We aim to take you out of your comfort zone to question and challenge and find better ways. We’re not the type of people who stay in our boxes; we think outside them and challenge you to do the same.
Young children learn best through play and adults do too, except we call it ‘experiential learning’. Guiding, facilitating, watching and learning together, we can create real and lasting change.
We’re not a ‘report, recommend and walk away’ business; we’re right there with you, from before the start until after the end, standing over our work.

BrainovateTM‘s approach has before, during and after phases to deliver lasting, positive change. We work to understand the organisation and plan a solution, we deliver the programme and then we evaluate. We base our work, at all phases, on what we call the 5Cs process…

THE BRAINOVATE 5 C’s PROCESS
We take a collaborative approach at all levels within your organisation. We will never offer one-sided, ‘death by PowerPoint’ presentations; our approach embraces ‘talking with’, sharing activities, nurturing teamwork and growing together.
We encourage contemplation through focused thinking and reflection, perhaps involving ‘writing it out’ to achieve measured rather than snap decisions. ‘Time out’ for reflection is essential to success.
Encouraging creativity, in thinking and acting, is crucial to revealing the leader within. We use conventional brainstorming together with creative activity-oriented exercises to inspire new approaches.
Measuring outcomes and sharing feedback on performance, both at organisational and individual levels, allows us to refine and develop our approach to ensure we are moving the organisation and its leaders in the right direction.
Consolidation is critical to leadership development, guaranteeing that the learnings from the Brainovate™ programme are embedded in future work plans and methods.
