“IN MOST CASES BEING A GOOD BOSS MEANS HIRING TALENTED PEOPLE AND THEN GETTING OUT OF THEIR WAY.”
Tina Fey, writer and actor

When it comes to how we do stuff  we start from the premise that change and growth happens when people are involved and engaged. That’s obvious really, so we ensure that there’s a balance between active participation, focused innovative thinking and quiet reflection . Clever people call this experiential learning. In fact adults learn best when this happens.

We don’t give boring lectures and if we can help it, we  prefer not to use  powerpoint presentations. We are pretty good at facilitating things from your perspective meaning that the Brainovate methodology is participant-centric not facilitator–centric.  In other words there’s lots of time for discussions, meaningful activities  and even a bit of fun along the way. It’s why the Brainovate methodology works for hundreds of international brands worldwide.
