How do you want to be remembered?

As a leader with or without a heart?

Legacy Leadership is the wisdom of the ages structured and packaged for today’s – and tomorrow’s – leaders.

Its truths and 5 Best Practices are timeless, proven keys to sustained significance – and form the foundation of real-time legacy in today’s business environment.

Legacy Leadership is a complete programme – a philosophy, a process and a model. It is not a leadership style – it is a life system and a way of “being” not just “doing”. It puts people, not just results, at the centre of everything.

It is leadership with a heart.

Legacy Leadership is about LIVING your legacy,
not just leaving it.

Who is it for?

  • Organisations seeking to develop leadership continuity, embed leadership philosophies across teams, and build durable leadership culture.
  • Leaders who believe in a balanced approach to people and results
  • Mid- to senior-level leaders who want to raise their leadership impact, shift from “doing” to “leading others to lead”
  • Those who want to inspire others and seek inspiration for themselves
  • Those who are ready to change their attitude and self-limiting beliefs
  • Individuals committed to self-development, willing to engage in experiential work and follow-up accountability.
  • Those who want a proven and practical leadership system that sets a clear direction, grows leaders and leaves a meaningful footprint in the hearts and minds of others

How we do things

Based upon the best-selling book by Sandstrom and Smith, this is participant centric learning with a mix of individual reflection, group sharing and co-learning, agile and autonomous thinking, disruptive discussions, design thinking elements and innovation.

We use group exercises and coaching, case studies and reflective videos, individual and group feedback, as well as powerful global self-assessments. You’ll explore the 5 powerful legacy best practices as a road map for your success.

What the Programme covers

  • It is an intensive 3-day program (face to face format), focused on the "5 Best Practices" of the Legacy Leadership® model, with deep experiential learning and application.
  • Participants receive: The Legacy Leadership® Competency Inventory (LLCI)™: a self-evaluation assessment instrument.
  • The program uses experiential learning (group case study work, creative exercises, activity-based concept application, fun reinforcement)
  • Discussions are in line with market trends and future skills alignment: the impact of AI, managing uncertainty, creating resilience and psychological safety at work, motivation at work, critical thinking, coaching and mentoring, feedback and storytelling.

Major Outcomes & Benefits - Participants can expect to:

  • Realise permanent shifts in leadership behaviours so they can influence others and develop excellent leaders who themselves develop leaders.
  • Adopt a leadership philosophy (rather than just prescriptive styles) — more sustainable and far-reaching.
  • Learn how to maximise personal & professional potential, growing both the individual and the organisation.
  • Determine how to attract and retain high-potential employees of diverse perspectives.
  • Connect with a community of leaders making similar life-changing shifts — potential for peer support and collaboration.

Day-by-Day Typical Flow

  • Day 1: Introduction to the 5 Best Practices; baseline assessment (LLCI); exploring current leadership behaviours and their impact.
  • Day 2: Deep dive into each Best Practice with experiential exercises, case studies, group work, role-play — focusing on practical application and behaviour change.
  • Day 3: Integrating the Practices into a coherent leadership philosophy, planning for behaviour shifts, strategy for embedding in the organisation; coaching / accountability planning; next-steps for leading others.
  • Building a legacy statement
